Enrollment Fee Instructions

We are excited you are ready to join the pack at Kansas Wesleyan University.

To get you started with your next steps, we invite you to complete your Enrollment Fee process through your myKWU student portal.

Students (not a parent) should complete the portal login with the steps below (with your cellular device or personal computer) and then grab a parent to complete the payment process. The enrollment fee is a $100 non-refundable fee.

After your Enrollment Fee is paid, you are one step closer to signing up for a Coyote Enrollment Day. RSVP to any enrollment dates currently available by clicking here.

On enrollment day, incoming students will sign up for fall semester courses, complete any necessary paperwork, learn how to navigate the online educational resources used by KWU and get information about how and where to buy textbooks. Throughout the day they’ll become better acquainted with campus, as well as future classmates, making the early days of the college transition easier! PLUS, those who attend by June 30 and meet the qualifications will be eligible for the Coyote Enrollment Day scholarship. ($1,000)
